Nicole Samarron is a multidisciplinary artist whose path has moved from the digital worlds of film to the tactile realm of clay. She studied Art at the University of San Francisco and Photography at the Academy of Art University before launching a career in visual effects, contributing to films including Minority Report, Star Trek (2009), and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. After years in VFX, Nicole turned her focus to ceramics, drawn to the immediacy of working with her hands and the unique character of each piece. She now shares her evolving practice with young artists as the teen ceramics instructor at Sharon Art Studio, inspiring the next generation of makers.
